Just a couple of letters we've received from our
customers.
“Having dealt with yourself Oliver from the onset, nothing has
been too much trouble for you since I took up contact with you a few weeks ago.
I’m talking about anything and everything from additions to the set menu, the
hiring of your mini marquee, the cost effectiveness of Oli’s Hogs above other
‘Hog Roast’ counterparts and the fact that within hours of you guys having been
here, all of the senior management here had said that when it comes to our next
Hog Roast, we wouldn’t contemplate using anyone other than Oli’s Hogs in the
future, which in itself speaks volumes. The beauty for me as the event
organizer, was that when I came to Oli’s Hogs, it truly was a ‘one stop shop’
and you took a lot of the associated pressures related to an event such as this
off me.
At some point in the future you will of course be hearing from
us again. There has not been one negative criticism throughout either the night
of the event or thereafter, so in our books Oli’s Hogs comes highly recommended
and we will of course spread the word.”

throughout, from the moment we made contact about making the arrangements for
the day, until the time you cleared everything up and left. It was an absolute
pleasure to have you around and you really went beyond what I would have
expected as the basic service.
So, despite the weather not being favourable, the day was a big
success and all of the guests were very impressed and enjoyed the food very
much... I think you will be getting some follow up business in the future as a
result!”
