Oli and the team believe in flexibility and simplicity which is why
we have come up with the Hog Roast Builder.

It allows you to choose from the straightforward freshly cooked meat
only options to the more complex 2 course meal.

Pork
The famous Cook and CarveThis is where a 45kg/100lb pig is freshly roasted on site by one of our fully trained staff, who will carve the pig for you and place the meat in chaffing dishes for your guests to help themselves. This will produce approximately 140 to 150 servings.£500
Our famous Cook and Carve with the addition of 100 freshly baked rolls, apple sauce and stuffing served into napkins.£525

Lamb
The famous Lamb Cook and CarveThis is where a lamb is freshly roasted on site by one of our fully trained staff, who will carve the lamb for you and place the meat in chaffing dishes for your guests to help themselves£450

Beef
Roast Beef cook and carve Another of our famous cook and carve options only with 15kg of Beef cooked from fresh and carved on site to perfection.£500

Please note that by choosing salads we would assume that you would want something to eat it from so as part of the cost we provide heavy grade disposable knives, forks and plates. Please note it is advisable to have 2 portions of salad per person if you are wishing to have a plated meal.

Long grain rice and roast vegetable salad (minimum 20 portions)Plump long grain rice with mixed roast vegetables, sweetcorn, diced onion and sultanas in a citrus dressing.£1.50
Mediterranean salad (minimum 20 portions)Sliced new potatoes with hand cut tomato, French beans, cucumber and onions finished with sliced black olives in French vinaigrette£2.00

Service at a time that suits you (please allow for at least 3 to 6 hours. cooking time depending on the size of the pig).
Full service by our friendly team, offering your choices from above.
Depending on options taken serviettes, Knives, forks and plates are provided for all guests.
Full clear up of the hog roast area.

Please note:
we cannot guarantee that some of our products may contain nuts or nut products even though they are not listed on the ingredients.
Cancellations made four weeks or less before event are non-refundable.
These prices are based on a function held between Sunday and Friday, within 20 miles of Oli’s Hogs East Bristol HQ.
