OLI'S HOGS PAELLA MENU

A great accompaniment to any hog roast party or simply on its own. With a choice of two fantastic menus:

Valencian (chicken) paella
A traditional Spanish dish comprising of saffron seasoned paella rice with chicken and Mediterranean vegetables.

Vegetarian Paella
A Spanish dish comprising of saffron seasoned paella rice with a generous helping of Mediterranean vegetables.

You will not fail to wow your guests.
The Paella’s are cooked in very large commercial paella pans specially made for the catering trade. Whilst being cooked they make a fantastic centre piece. The menu consists of Crusty bread and alioli (garlic dip) just to whet the appetite. Followed by the paella of your choice.

Paella menu starts from £450.

This total depends on number of guests and distance from our North Bristol location. This guide is based on 50 guests, at a function held between Sunday and Friday, within 20 miles of Oli’s Hogs HQ.

Service at a time that suits you (please allow 3 hours cooking time).
